Formation H.Y. Incorporated was founded in 2001 and charged with the mission to deliver quality training and consulting services in the client/server arena. As a Microsoft Solution Provider our offerings center on design and implementation of Microsoft BackOffice products, specifically Windows 2008/2003, Microsoft Exchange 2007/2003/2000 and Active Directory. A commitment to excellence and the successes we have shared with our clients have led us to face new challenges well beyond the scope of this original direction, although we have not lost or diluted that focus.   We are also specialized in areas such as Microsoft Windows 2008, Microsoft Share Point Portal, Microsoft System Center Operation Manager, as well as in Cisco router, switches and Firewall consulting.   Our mission is to train cutting edge technologies and to offer consultancy on the same. Hence our clients benefit from real world experience when we're in the classroom and from comprehensive knowledge of the product's features when we're at a client's site. We believe that whether training or consulting, our experts should be comfortable across a range of products and technologies. In the classroom this breadth of knowledge enables us to answer questions not directly related to the course material: when consulting we understand the complexities of our clients environment.
